Hey folks, ever feel like you’re constantly on the go, but your mind just won’t slow down? I’ve been trying out this simple breathing exercise lately that’s really been helping me find a moment of peace amidst the madness. It’s called box breathing - inhale for four seconds, hold for four, exhale for four, and hold again. Repeat for a few minutes. It’s incredible how something so simple can bring so much calm. Give it a whirl next time you’re feeling stressed or anxious. You might be surprised at the difference it makes. Let me know if you try it and how it works for you.
