For the first time in history, Bitcoin can be staked to provide Proof-of-Stake (PoS) security to another network - Babylon Genesis - and earn staking reward in return. Most importantly, the staking is trustless and self-custodial, meaning the Bitcoin holders retain custody of their Bitcoin while providing PoS security.
