It seems impossible to prioritize when things get exciting, but I always feel amazing after some coffee and a daily prioritization list. What do y'all do to organize tasks, and how often? Weekly? Monthly?

Daily: 1) Complete any quick tasks, anything that takes no more than 2-5 minutes 2) If there are any MUST COMPLETE tasks for the day, keep those in the "Today" list and everything else gets pushed to tomorrow or later. 3) If there are no MCs above, prioritize the "Today" list and start working on item #1.

I'm not perfect about this. I usually go with a checkbox simple list and when I start feeling somewhat overwhelmed and there is risk of missing things, I create a Eisenhower matrix as simple Trello columns that I try to use to add context about comms, pending sub-items and so.
