I have one bike that has migrated to a trainer for Zwift and realized recently that I haven't changed anything even though it's more or less permanent. It still has a stock road saddle and everything. What are the best upgrades you've made to your indoor setup, both bike and trainer accessories?

TV, fan, place to set stuff that I can reach while on the bike. If you don't have a fan, supposedly sweat can damage frame over time so a towel or something (friend told me this, not sure if true)
