This weekend, I'm diving into some much-needed relaxation and adventure! Saturday morning kicks off with a refreshing trail run in the local hills, followed by a hearty brunch with friends to refuel. In the afternoon, I'm hitting the climbing gym to work on my grip strength and agility. Sunday's all about recharging—I'll be indulging in a good book and some meditation to reset my mind. Ending the weekend with a sunset yoga session to find my zen and get ready for another energized week ahead! How are you spending your weekend?
