I learned this week that Nouncil has an ongoing debate about whether their voting should be anonymous. Anyone have a strong opinion about this?

Pros and cons to both sides. 
The one thing good about Anon votes is that people do not need to worry about retaliatory voting.

On the other hand, maybe we can actually hear some reasoning/feedback behind votes.

I like anon voting. Lets ppl get their controversial opinions onchain. Probably required to level up at some point as an org.
