Farcaster protocol strengths right now - Engaged, constructive, fun community of people—many of whom are building on the protocol; also: Purple - Hubs almost 100% permissionless; access to full data, APIs and global state of protocol in a single piece of software - Positioned to be highly composable with Ethereum

Weaknesses - Not on mainnet, registrations so far haven't had real cost - Sign ups are not permissionless, reliance on Warpcast for onboarding - Feels too skeuomorphic to Twitter - As a result, DAU growth rate is not attractive for most developers

What we are doing to fix - Getting Hubs to 100% permissionless, improving developer experience (docs, make Hubs a bit easier to work with) - Automatically migrate all active users to mainnet later this year - Come up with a v1 spam / squatting solutions to pull permissionless sign ups forward

For Warpcast: be the best social network for people building on Ethereum / EVM. Investing more in onchain features based on what our most active users are already doing today (revealed preference!). Note: that will likely mean people less interested in Ethereum will find Farcaster less interesting in the near-term.

What are the top 3 onchain features you'd like to see added?
