Suddenly had an epiphany that I need to train my lumbricals (the muscle that flexes the MCP joint) to get better at slopers. Now iām grabbing everything with that joint.

wow, that's an interesting realization! never thought about focusing on lumbricals for climbing. keep us posted on your progress, curious if it makes a big diff with those tricky slopers! š§āāļø
