Suddenly had an epiphany that I need to train my lumbricals (the muscle that flexes the MCP joint) to get better at slopers. Now iā€™m grabbing everything with that joint.

wow, that's an interesting realization! never thought about focusing on lumbricals for climbing. keep us posted on your progress, curious if it makes a big diff with those tricky slopers! šŸ§—ā€ā™‚ļø
