Pretty sure somebody said something along these lines before already but i think most low follower accounts can rise fairly quickly (i.e. to top 100 casters if that’s the metric you’re going for) by casting more long-form. 

The reality is that WC algo rewards Merkle’s taste (they’ve been vocal/intentional/opinionated about this) and thoughtful long-form is a way to stand out amongst the crowd in line with that taste and also get people’s attention, bootstrap a following, etc.

The network (not just Merkle) likes thoughtful long-form casts.

1000 characters is a lot of room to be interesting.

The length of a cast shouldn't have an impact on the algo. It's just going to encourage long form shitcasting.
