I agree it’s almost better to just ignore it and objectively keep following through with all the appointments… having feelings about it is just null and void… feelings aren’t helping 😹😹😹

I did decide to see a friend next weekend 💗 feeling a big push to be mentally healthy in prep for healing up physically

Fuck being anxious straight up. You're a legend. You're gonna be just fine. 

You can't listen to that shitty little voice in your head spouting all the what ifs and bad shit that might happen. 

You need fun distractions and lots of them. Worrying is just a waste of time and energy. Fun distractions are better. ♥️
