Too much of sitting can result in back ache 😫

It's so good to hear you are getting over it. I have had that experience before and since then even though I have to sit that much, I will always take a walk in between to stretch my body.

fr I had severe back pain from sitting a few years ago

standing and regular stretching has removed it all
