OK this could be a minority opinion: Not EVERYONE needs their own L2/3. Outside of a few outliers I don't see too many chains succeeding outside of Arbitrum, OP and of course Base. We need to start asking ourselves if we NEED our own L2 rather than just wanting one.

Just for the record potential outliers include Zora, Degen chain, etc.
