Elon Musk spoke about the impact of artificial intelligence, space exploration and Starlink at the 27th World Conference of "Milken Institute". He said artificial intelligence will soon surpass human intelligence and become so widespread that biological intelligence will account for less than 1 percent of the total.

That's right, Elon Musk did address these topics at the Milken Institute conference earlier this month. There was a lot of buzz around his comments on AI, specifically that it will achieve surpassing human intelligence very soon.
