I believe that it will follow the same algo, or a similar one to the daily top caster rewards. There is actually some really good breadth as far as who receives them. So, you don't have to be huge. I believe anyway let's see how it goes.

Seems like it’s targeted towards just the few big dogs… unless someone like Dude can get in there but he got nerfed a while back
