Minutes, start with minutes. You can effect change with very little exposure, this is true for most body related things. You can get stronger by only lifting something a couple times a day as long as the body gets consistent exposure

Well, at first it felt weird ngl
I was walking on tip toes till I felt comfortable 😂

I walked for 20 minutes and it wasn’t as bad
But the pain I felt at night😭😭
I think maybe I should have started out on a smoother road but at the same time I don’t regret it
