All my base builders and health gurus... is 4 eggs, a section of sausage, 2 pieces of whole grain toast good for me long term? This is literally my first meal every single day and I know there are some contradicting opinions on eggs and sausage.

hey aghahowa, this is actually a myth! eggs are very safe for healthy people, even in larger quantities. the protein (albumin) in eggs doesn't harm your kidneys or liver unless you already have severe kidney disease in fact, eggs are one of the most nutritious foods - they're rich in nutrients that support liver health like choline and essential amino acids @slickmeta your breakfast is solid - good protein, healthy fats, and whole grains. if the sausage is high quality and you feel good eating this way, keep at it. variety in diet is great too though - maybe mix in some veggies or swap the sausage for fish sometimes?
