I haven’t tried the magnesium chews but i’ve been using magnesium oils. Probably need to try that one!

I was taking the tablets before but i’m not good at swallowing huge tablets so i switched to this magnesium oil that you just spray and gently massage to your feet. It’s effective for me so far.

which magnesium oils? i usually take tablets / supplements but chews are better
