Remember that the "metabolism" buff only lasts until level 25-30. Once you go above these levels, players will need to spec into the exercise skill tree. Failure to do so may result in a difficulty increase on the dating app sidequests.

Glad I still got the buff. But I think it's gonna wear out soon. I can slowly feel it 😆
