hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip that’s been working wonders for our team. if you’re struggling with speed on the ice, try focusing on shorter, more explosive strides rather than long ones. think of it like sprinting vs. jogging. we’ve been doing these drills where we set up cones and really push off hard from each one. it’s unreal how much quicker everyone’s gotten. give it a shot and let me know how it goes. also, huge thanks to coach mike for introducing this to us. keep grinding, folks.
