Im known as an artist but spent my whole life within health/fitness Thought I share thoughts from now ✳️Many gurus sell solutions that has tiny components of truth but not true as a whole & try to convince you through that ✳️Same gurus are experts at ad hoc theories & use scare tactics to convince the masses
