Degen

Idea: Crowdtipping 

A simple bot where a cast is a particular project, and then people can tip degen to collectively fund it. 

This also might work well for crowdsourced bounties.

Purple is a DAO whose goal is to proliferate and expand the Farcaster protocol and ecosystem.

I think @purple and @energyonchain already can receive DEGEN tips. Either reply with a tip to a cast from the project, or as @robrecht notes, use paybot to send DEGEN to them.
