Settlements is where everything will happen: staking RMRK, gathering resources, building temples, mines, refineries, adding decoration, launching expeditions and more. You can create a settlement starting with a single land, but bundling more lands will give you certain bonuses (turn on notifications to find them in the next days!)
To create a settlement, you need to send at least a chunky to survey a group of of adjacent lands. The shape is free, but surrounded lands will get an adjacency bonus which will give them the possibility to build higher buildings. Each land has a base height depending on its rarity, and the adjacency bonus will add to that.
