ā ļø Tether may be delisted in Europe š° The European Crypto Assets Regulator (MiCA) has recently faced challenges in regulating Tether. Coinbase Europe delisted Tether in mid-December. The question now is whether Tether can maintain its position on European exchanges. ā ļø A member of the MiCA committee stated that regulators have not yet explicitly declared Tether non-compliant. However, exchanges such as Binance and Crypto.com are waiting for more clarity on the regulations. It is worth noting that the limit on Tether withdrawals has raised concerns about market liquidity and its removal could reduce tradersā options.
