How you think you are dipression. I feel some time same how I can check if I'm in dipression or just wrong thinking

I went to various psychiatrist doctors and they diagnosed me with that. If you feel that way, you should go to a psychologist of a psychiatrist to check. I hope you can get better 💪

I think you should go because I dont recomend self-diagnose (it can lead to errors and mistakes)
but anyway, if you dont want to go anywere, you can always read about depression on internet and check if you have a lot of the symptoms that the depression make on someone, if you have them, you probably have depression

To come out of it without antidepressants is really hard and not recommended, but if you want any advice I can only tell you to go take the sun, sleep good, eat healthy and do sport to help your body fight against the depression

What if I don't consider to go anywhere. And try to come out of that is this possible. How you feel in dipression
