Week 3 as non smoker

Had bachelor parties, nights out and stressful situations. It was hard but easy to stay rational and say no to myself. Even though I still have cigs.

Third week: the hardest. Being on vacation with 2 small kids (0-3). Never alone, missing those tiny breaks I used to have.

I know how hard it can be. Replacing the ritual with something else helps. I’m getting into tea.

I’ve quit many times. Last cig was in December. It took about a month to get a new groove. To not automatically want to go outside for a break. 
I had to find something to do in the moment.

Now I’m getting into tea. 

Last week I had bad cravings and almost caved. I posted about it here and received encouragement.
