There's no formal process. This first wave of mods were highly recommended by the community for their hard work and fairness. Eventually, I'll recruit again and will likely ask farcaster for recommendations. If enough people love your work here, they might ask for you to mod. Won't happen soon; I've got a loooooong list already.
