Russia will not be able to release him, since Durov has a French passport, therefore he is a French citizen I understand why Russia began to worry so much, because they were the first who wanted to completely control telegram, which is why Durov was forced to flee the country after VK was taken away from him I think this is a well-planned move, and Europe, in particular France, can really gain access, or rather, Durov can cooperate
