if bittensor gets the BIT01 proposal right, it's gonna drive a lot of demand into $tao. speculators will want a piece of good subnets - and have to hold tao to do it.

it shifts power from validators to community members. talent is drawn to bittensor to compete and earn a % of daily emissions. right now, validators choose which subnets earn emissions. community members delegate their voting power to the validators. BIT01 moves that power directly into the hands of the community.
