Think about your life. How do you measure happiness? Well, like most people, you compare how you feel when you're suffering. Happiness is an absence of suffering and pain. You understand that life is cruel, evil, and painful. So, when you have those brief moments without the agony, you are happy. Taken one step further, happiness is not a natural feeling. It is an absence of the natural order. Nature always returns to a balance. The balance of life is misery, pain, disappointment, cruelty, evil, and suffering. Happiness is out of balance. 0 reply

If you're young, you really are not that fortunate. You have dreams, hopes, probably good health, and probably a strong body. But, you have a lifetime of disappointments and misery ahead of you. Sure, .0001% percent of you make have financial success, but the rest of you will scrap, beg, borrow, and grovel through life. You will suffer as you age, hopelessly something good happens. But suffering will increase as you realize the evil of life is unchangeable. 0 reply
