IsZo vs Jefferies Jeffreies refuses to close short position after the stock's company goes bankrupt and stock was cancelled in 2017. IsZo has been paying monthly fees ever since and its margin account worth $1.6M won't be released. This would never have happened with a well written smart contract :)

If the startup is able to launch their MVP, achieve some growth and generate enough hype then investors won't care so much. The challenge is raising enough from crowdfunding to hit those milestones.

I would live in a citadel where health is encouraged but not mandatory. It doesn't make sense that one person decides what's healthy and everyone has to pay for specific supplements. I would pay to raise awareness and facilitate research based debate.

There are other solutions out there but we solve the problem in a different way. We will be copied and our moat will be challenged so we're looking for outside capital to stay ahead of the curve. VCs are the best fit in terms risk profile and market segment.
