✍Topic of the day: ■ I stay healthy by eating well, staying active, and getting enough rest. Regular hydration and mindfulness practices like meditation also help a lot. ■ warm herbal teas, plenty of rest, and light meals like soup work wonders. For colds, I use steam inhalation and honey with ginger, and I always listen to my body’s need to slow down.
