They discussed the last proposals, governance and all kind of stuff

They did some sCARteboard tricks on the original Noggles rail. They discussed what the new color of the noggles rail shoould be, but they decided to listen to the community before doing, which color or pattern should be the next ?

Lots of people stopped to take pictures and the humans that drives the noggles cars have met, they loved each other and local artists stopped to put their own touch on Nuno, the Nouns Uno
