Last NYE I made a resolution to run at least 4 miles per day outside in 2022. 365 days later…I did it! No days off. The commitment ended up feeling easier to maintain over time as I didn’t want to let my past self down. Streaks are powerful motivators. Ended up avging 6.75mi per day! https://i.imgur.com/3hVG6uZ.

i was feeling kind of scattered and then i realized it was cause I was listening to "rhapsody in blue" on repeat and that song is basically a paean to the chaos of NYC in audio form. switched to soothing debussy and now things seem manageable. funny how music makes such a difference

wow had semi viral tweet on bird app where I was quote tweeted a lot and I did not realize how weird it is being quote tweeted! Feels so odd to be presented as an example for someone else’s point. So glad FC does not have this
