Just watched Whiplash. It was a good movie and I enjoyed it. I especially liked its illustration of obsession, and how it can set the path for destroying your life, or for finding success. It did a good job illustrating how isolated you may find yourself when you go too deep in your obsessions, and how you may lose your dear ones, or even hurt yourself. Also a good movie to see without worrying about typical Hollywood shit!
