I’m pretty onchain tbh and I know how easy it is to bridge but it still feels like friction to me for some reason Like if you live in Manhattan, it’s sometimes faster to go to Brooklyn than other parts of Manhattan, but the fact that you have to take a train and cross the river feels like net new friction

It’s not perfect yet for sure, but I feel like anecdotally, most of the time when I see people complaining about it these days, it’s a salami maxi who hasn’t transacted on Ethereum since 2021.

I don’t think there’s friction in the bridging process, to me it’s more about friction in the understanding as to why anyone needs to bridge, I.e. what is the purpose of separate chains, why are there assets on one chain and not another, why does it matter, etc
