The whole FC <> Base / CT <> Solana false dichotomy is so stupid, there's no reason why people on both Farcaster and Twitter can't be exploring both ecosystems in parallel, enough with the tribalism

Would love to see a Solana project win on here and a Base project win on Twitter, no reason why it can't happen, people just need to shake their preconceived notions and evaluate apps and coins on their own

Base projects win on Twitter all the time fwiw. Virtuals pre-SOL and Toshi two recent examples. Other direction is indeed pretty dry

actually true. even the solana folks hate for farcaster is completely unjustified. the nicest solana people i’ve spoken to about farcaster don’t dismiss it intellectually they just see it as a threat to their ct audience and cult. virtuals, yes. though toshi never really felt like a project to me more like some corporate meme. i could be totally wrong but that’s just how it comes across.

I don’t think Solana people hate Farcaster they just don’t know about it, don’t care, or don’t see the value for them I find that ETH OGs are the only people who actively dunk on Farcaster

Gonna try to get more Solana people on Farcaster, it's a genuinely interesting network with a lot of opportunity to build cool shit on both Ethereum and Solana, much more aligned than Twitter will ever be [I know you already know this, just restating]
