There are a few things I like about Inktober: - creation without fear of judgment - daily consistency, for a duration that's challenging but not impossible - not tying yourself to any quality bar/standard - drawing specifically feels like it stretches the brain in a novel way

I think 3 is important as you get deeper into a craft but not when you're starting out, trying to build a practice, or just doing a fun challenge
