crazy past couple years. real ones been here through it all

im thinking about how to “position” financially and life wise for the next few months/year. prob crazy bubbles ensue. but that means lots of opportunities on the horizon, whether builder speculator creator etc, try to make the most of it

a side effect of this is the timeline is going to become increasingly redacted. i think it prob may be time to cleanse following a bit. lot of things on the TL are useless and unproductive at best, actively bad for you at worst. gets in the way of seeing reality clearly/focusing on the right things. info diet has orders of magnitude implications if you're very online

specifically i think *discourse* is increasingly dumb. there are three reasons to consume content online: to be exposed to new ideas that expand your worldview, to be entertained, or to just hang out digitally with your friends.

most discourse esp in crypto is none of these things. it's people who are not your friends, rehashing the same ideas said over and over, in ways that are not entertaining
