wtf i just found out about eip 7702, they're gonna upgrade EOA functionality to have smart contract wallet capabilities

huge deal? seems like it basically eliminates the only concern people have w smart wallets which is address fragmentation

Iirc there were some drawbacks of 7702 that would impact usability? Not sure if the issue was ever resolved
