it just feels like he's extracting from the treasury for personal gain. there's other weird stuff about the boredcaster project that imply this too (has never posted on twitter about it, also seems to be trying to subtly hide the actual proposal cast, etc.)

proposing ways to use meme coin treasuries is not a bad look at all. its like, do you not think certain treasuries were buying at times beneficial to themselves?
