IMO those ppl are not rly “investors”. Median new retail participant in 2024+ is coming in for the chance to make it off hitting big meme 10-100x’s, it’s closer to a high stakes video game than an investment portfolio

So i think sentiment is maybe more correlated to “how strong is the risk environment to enable 10-100x’s”. Even if CT was 100% BTC denominated but the “trenches” were dead, the vibes would still be fried i think
