1 - Unblock your emotional hang-ups so you can feel everything 2 - Learn how to tap into your genius (figure out what activates it and what blocks it) 3 - Write with heat. Write at scheduled times. Write spontaneously. Write for 10 min. Write for 10 hours 4 - Read widely and then deeply. Curate a list of what you like

5 - Take walks 6 - Remember what it was like to be a child and to see everything fresh. Tap into that for 20 min. per day. Then an hour. Then half the day. Then always 7 - Stare at something for 4 straight hours until you really see it. Relearn to see

8 - Study with the masters 9 - Read your drafts months and years later. Read them like a stranger. Read them like a critic. Figure out your weaknesses. Read specifically to learn how to fix them 10 - Pray
