i'm not in a position to give advice at all, but from my experience: - believe in and care about people and ideas - put stuff out into the world, dont just consume. create and share your stuff - walk/move/exercise a lot - love and feel deeply - optimize for contact with reality + bias for action (i still struggle here)

and happy birthday! footnote: i've become a bit bearish on "advice" as a concept recently. i think people only really learn and internalize things through experiencing things themselves (that last point above)
