Must be stressful being a startup founder.

working on something that's default dead, you have ultimate responsibility, having a team that's counting on you to make the right decisions, always fighting fires but also broad existential questions, etc

but i am not/have never been one myself. def curious to hear how you navigate the emotional/mental side of it

The founders need to love themselves first; this is a long-term war, not a one-day battle.
