My husband was telling me about the controversy in Call of Duty where since it's cross platform you have both PC and console gamers playing together. Console gamers get aim assist to level the playing field but it's been a huge advantage (top players right now use console) so PC gamers aren't happy. Super interesting!

Aim Assist has be a very contentious topic since crossplay has been a thing 

And APEX is probably the most toxic community when it comes to this hahaha 

Controllers do get a buff because it’s far easier to aim with your wrist and adjust your movement with that type of free input 

Analog sticks are very awkward
