What this means: + STADIUM is the official tournament partner for all UOE events + thousands of players will be onboarded to crypto playing in traditional games + their competitive data becomes a primitive for onchain gaming ecosystems to reward and invite these players to participate in their own titles

For the industry: + production workers will benefit from pay transparency and immediacy + web3 enables new methods of compensation (from ownership to protocol rewards) + hundreds of workers will have domain expertise in crypto creating unique opportunities for other onchain projects to recruit talent
