im an adult but i feel like a child. my parents and guardians fell short on many things and i’m having trouble accepting that and moving on.

But I think we have only one purpose. At least, that's the conclusion I've come to. And that purpose spreads out in all aspects of your life.

You mentioned that your parents / guardians fell short. I know a Dad that never falls short. You just have to talk to Him. :)
