first time walnut
pretty happy with the result, even I think it could have rised more. any tips? do you change the hydration?

I’m curious as well. Any time I add nuts I get similar results. Less rise. Less holes. Slightly more dense. Would love to maintain an open crumb and still have additions.

Are you putting in a big amount of really happy starter? That usually does it for me.

(At this point I don’t really measure anything so can’t help you there)
