1/2 Hey /fitness fam, I'm hoping this is the right community to ask for some advice. I've been stuck in a sedentary lifestyle for 6 years now, and it's been a real struggle to get back into exercise. I've tried doing stuff with friends, but my body just can't keep up, and I end up bailing.

2/2Yesterday, I had to move my workshop and lift some heavy stuff, and I'm feeling it today - I'm in a lot of pain As a 34-year-old, I'm wondering how I can start exercising again without getting discouraged. Oh, and fun fact: I used to do CrossFit 3 times a week for 3 years, 6 years ago. Any tips would be helpful!
