I guess its a gamble feature here where the rarity of your Azuki Elemental is random and thats why the actual Bean is more expensive then the actual Elemental. The description isnt that informative but it reads "Azuki Elementals are a collection of 20,000 characters within the four domains of the Garden.Take the red bean. azuki.com/elementals/reveal" While digging online i found the following "However, given that it is part of the Azuki ecosystem, we can assume that owning one grants you access to the Garden. 

The Garden is a membership zone accessible through a set of 10,000 unique avatars. It introduces members to an array of exclusive collaborations in streetwear, NFT drops, live events, and other elements that will gradually be unveiled." The unclear utility doesnt reasonate with me but maybe the utility justifies the pricetag to some users.
